PURPOSE:To operate a computer game machine in the same way as a joy stick with use of a mouse by applying no signal to the game machine before the moved variable of the mouse exceeds a fixed distance. CONSTITUTION:No movement information on a mouse 3 is given to the displacement deciding circuits 8a, 8b and 9 before either one of displacement outputs of plural digits connected to an exclusive OR circuit 7 has the value different from the displacement outputs of other digits. Therefore the circuits 8a, 8b and 9 never detect the movement of the mouse 3 before the moved variable of the mouse 3 exceeds a fixed distance. Thus the undesired movement information on the mouse 3 is never transmitted to a computer game machine as the control information. Then the input control equivalent to that of a joy stick (input device) is attained with movement of the mouse 3 when the computer game machine is connected to the mouse 3. |
