PURPOSE:To stop discharge of liquid through closing of a bottom valve, by a method wherein, when a fire occurs during unloading, an air pressure is exhausted by burning or dissolving a combustible or soluble material. CONSTITUTION:A plug body 44, formed by an easily-soluble material easily dissolved when temperature is increased to a given value, is mounted to the open hole part of a branch pipe part 42 installed this side of an emergency valve 10. The emergency valve 10, when a fire occurs during the feed of oil, enables simultaneous closing of bottom valves 4 from a position situated away from a discharge valve 9. Further, when a worker can not make access to an emergency opening device 11 due to a fire, the plug body 44 is dissolved to exhaust air in a piping 8 to the open air, and bottom valve control valves 5 and 6 are changed over to automatically close all the bottom valves 4. |
