PURPOSE:To prevent growth of deep flaws on a seal by constituting a seal holder so that it reciprocally moves while rotating in one direction by way of engagement of a pin and a corrugated ring groove. CONSTITUTION:A cover 22 consists of a main body part 23 and a ring part 24 extending inward of it. A rod 31 is engaged free to slide in a through hole 28 provided in the center of this main body part 23. A seal holder 35 is engaged free to slide in the ring part 24 of the cover 22. A seal 38 is installed on the inner surface of a large diametrical hole 37 of the holder 35. Additionally, a corrugated ring groove 27 is provided on the outer periphery of the seal holder 35 and a pin 41 fixed on the ring part 24 of the cover 22 is engaged on it. Furthermore, a part between the inner peripheral surface of the ring part 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the seal holder 35 is sealed, a rubber ball 44 is arranged between the inner edge part of the main body part 23 of the cover 22 and the edge part of the seal holder 35 as an energizing member with a circular equal interval and the seal holder 35 is energized. Consequently, as a seal reciprocally moves while rotating in one direction against the rod 31, flaws on the seal do not become deeper. |
