PURPOSE:To exactly execute the remote maintenance by closing a file and a circuit which are being used, and executing IPL again, when a terminal controller interprets a command, and finds that it is a code that instructs reexecution of the IPL. CONSTITUTION:In a terminal controller (TCE) 10, a destination in a received telegraphic message from a center 20 is decided, and in the case it is addressed to a terminal equipment, it is outputted as it is to the terminal equipment 30 through a communication channel 51. On the other hand, when the telegraphic message is addressed to the TCE 10, consequently, whether the command instructs IPL or not is decided. In the case the command does not instruct the IPL, each processing is executed, but in the case the command instructs the IPL, first of all, all files and all circuits held by the TCE 10 are closed. Thereafter, a memory dump processing is executed in order to obtain necessary information to a tile device 11, and at the time point when these processings are all finished, the re-IPL is performed. As a result, the remote maintenance of an on-line system can be performed exactly. |
