PURPOSE:To improve workefficiency by controlling the kind, quantity, and charging time of a plasticizer by means of a process control computer. CONSTITUTION:A controller 8 given command from a process control computer 11 acts to operate, for example, a hydraulic pump 2A and an oil selection solenoid valve 3A corresponding to a designated oil. A measuring cylinder 12 serves to transmit the mechanical shift through the rise of oil sent thereto to a pulse encoder 13 and convert the mechanical shift to a pulse signal for transmitting to the controller 8. The controller 8 inputs this signal to compare with the value commanded from the process control computer 11 and, when it reaches a predetermined volume, the hydraulic pump 2A oil selecting solenoid valve 3A are stopped an thereby the oil measurement is completed. The controller 8 operates to open an oil sending solenoid valve 5 at the time determined based on the command of the process control computer 11 so as to send the oil within the measuring cylinder 12 from the oil sending pipe 7 to the production line. At the time when the oil sending operation comes to an end, the controller 8 acts to close the oil sending solenoid valve 5, and send an end signal to the process control computer 11, and then await the next command. |
