<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the safety of MLS without sacrifice of reliability by installing a central station in order to generate microwave test being transmitted from each station included in the MLS centrally and surely. CONSTITUTION: The inventive system comprises a central station and at least two MLS stations. The MLS station comprises a multiplexer to be connected with an optical fiber interface, a microwave power amplifier, a signal power distribution switch, a sector antenna, a monitor for various signals including an electronic scanning antenna and a receiving antenna, and a logic section for command and management. The central station comprises an operator interface, a logic section for command and management, a sequencer, a scanning logic section, a frequency synthesizer, a modulator, a multiplexer and an optical interface.</p> |
