摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To execute the snake motion control with high accuracy without being influenced by a Young's modulus of a material and a difference of an area by operating the rolling reduction leveling amount for correcting a snake motion at that time from a speed difference of an operator side and a drive side of a plate. CONSTITUTION:Plate speeds of both sides of a plate l rolled by a rolling mill 2 are detected by a speed detecting device 19 of an operator side and a speed detecting device 20 of a drive side which are installed in a delivery of the rolling mill 2, respectively. In a subtracter 15, subtraction of a rolling reduction position leveling amount 26A is executed from an operator side rolling reduction position reference value 17, and an operator side rolling reduction reference value 15A after the leveling amount is corrected is outputted. Also, in an adder 16, addition of a drive side rolling reduction position reference value 18 and the rolling reduction position leveling amount 26A is executed, and a drive side rolling reduction position reference value 16A after the leveling amount is corrected is outputted. A rolling reduction position controller 9 controls a rolling reduction driving device 7, and a rolling reduction position controller 10 controls a rolling reduction driving device 8, and a snake motion of the plate is suppressed thereby.</p>
