PURPOSE:To maintain stabilized vehicle driving with a spring stiffened when displacement is large and with a spring softened when displacement is minute by dividing all around a hollow chamber formed between an elastic body and an outer cylinder into two chambers, and by enclosing fluid in the chamber surrounded by at least the outer cylinder and a flexible membrane. CONSTITUTION:When a sudden torque variation occurs to an engine an inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 make a large relative displacement, at which time a surface A of the inner circumferencial side of a flexible membrane 5 impinges against an inner wall B of an elastic body 3 and because, when impinged, a fluid L inside a chamber 4 moves toward the opposite side of the place where the fluid L has been impinged, the damping effect and the spring constant can be improved by the fluid pressure variation occurred during the fluid movement. The spring constant, at this time, do not rise suddenly but gradually due to the damping effect effected by the fluid pressure variation. Therefore, an excessive locomotion of a propeller shaft can be restrained immediately. On the other hand, when the vibration is minute, a low spring constant can be maintained because A and B will not impinge against each other. Specially, the existence of a swollen portion 3A, 3B formed on the elastic body 3 is effective to reduce a low noise and the like. |
