<p>A novel cephalosporin compound represented by general formula (I), which has a wide antibacterial spectrum, wherein A represents a group of the formula -N=CH-, -NHCO-(CH=CH)m-, -CH2- or -O-CH2; m represents 0 or 1; R?1, R2 and R3¿ represent independently hydrogen or lower alkyl; R4 represents hydrogen or a group of the formula -OR6, wherein R6 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or a protective group; and R5 represents hydrogen or an organic group.</p> |
