<p>A core metal of a rubber crawler device using center-collar rollers or outer collar rollers; and a rubber crawler device provided with said core metals, which intends to reduce fall of rollers engaging with the core metals and consequent vibration of the device as far as possible during running. A characteristic of this invention is such that, in the case of the center-collar roller, each of horn-like projections (1a, 1a) working as a surface to be in contact with the roller extends in a fixed length in the back-and-forth direction along the width of the wing part of the core metal so as to be formed into a curved surface (m) or inclining surface becoming gradually higher toward the both ends thereof along the extending direction thereof as well as, in the case of the outer collar roller, each of shoulder-like steps (41d, 41d) working as a surface to be in contact with the roller extends in a fixed length in the back-and-forth direction along the width of the wing part of the core metal so as to be formed into an inclining surface becoming gradually higher toward the both ends thereof along the extending direction thereof. Core metals of the center-collar roller are buried side-by-side into the rubber crawler at fixed intervals in such manner that horn-like projections thereof project from the rubber crawler body along the width direction on the inner periphery of the crawler as well as those of the outer collar roller are buried side-by-side at fixed intervals in such manner that the upper surface of each shoulder step is exposed to the outside.</p> |
