PURPOSE:To efficiently collect the supporting member at the time of barrel grinding of the supporting member by putting a mixture of the supporting member after deburring is finished and the contents of a barrel into a liquid having the middle specific gravity of both of them and separating it. CONSTITUTION:In a container 2, water of specific gravity 1 is stored. In this case, specific gravity of a supporting member (a) is 0.9 and specific gravity of the contents (b) is larger than '1', therefore, said mixture can be separated the supporting member (a) from the contents (b). Also, by stirring the inside of the container, the separation can be quickened. Water is supplied into the container 2 from a supply port 3 provided on the lower part of the container 2. Moreover, the device is constituted so that overflow water is discharged from a notch 2a. The supporting member (a) floating in the vicinity of the water surface flows to the outside from the notch 2a together with flowing water, is filtered by a funnel 4 and only the supporting member (a) is taken out. A liquid for separating the supporting member (a) and the contents (b) is not limited to water, anything is available if it has the middle specific gravity of the supporting member (a) and the contents (b). |
