Cleaning system for air contg. organic material

The system cleans air containing undesirable organic materials in suspension or as vapour by bringing it into contact with an oxidation catalyst. The catalyst consists of a bed of particles through which the air is circulated. This can be done in an enclosed chamber containing means for cooking food in a bath of vegetable oil. Means can be included to bring the catalyst to the desired temperature.
