PURPOSE:To improve the man-machine interface by freely combining explanation data of operation contents of each processing step to prepare an operation manual and transmitting the generated operation manual to a communication terminal as character data. CONSTITUTION:Data required for operation manual preparation out of reception data is taken out and is stored in a data storage means 19, and explanation data of operation contents requested in each processing step is stored in an instruct information storage means 21, and data stored in the data storage means 19 is analyzed by an editing means 23 and explanation data of operation contents in each processing step stored in the instruct information storage means 21 is combined to edit and prepare the operational manual required for reliazation of an objective function. The operation manual prepared by the editing control means 23 is converted to character data by a character data converting means 24 and is transmitted to the communication terminal in accordance with the request of this terminal. Thus, the man-machine interface is improved and the function of a communication equipment is effectively used. |
