Prodn. of reinforced concrete with aligned strands - incorporates and shapes wire just before discharge

The strands of wire (1) are introduced into the concrete, aligned and cut to length just before entering the discharge nozzle. The tube (2) leading from the pump is the same as in previously known machines, but cutters (3) and cold straightening and alignment rollers (1) are added on either side. The wires are placed near the sides of the concrete stream. USE/ADVANTAGE - An economical method of producing shaped concrete members and introducing wire reinforcement.
