<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the acquiring miss of the coordinate data by supporting a coordinate data input device with a casing in order to open an area which is smaller than a valid input area of a tablet and larger than a valid display area of a display screen. CONSTITUTION:A tablet 32 contains a protection layer 40 made of a transparent sheet material formed on the upper surface side and is supported by a casing B together with a liquid crystal display panel 5 provided on the lower surface side respectively. Then a valid input area ARIN larger than an opening KK of a casing A is formed on the tablet 32. Meanwhile a valid display area ARH smaller than the opening KK is formed on the panel 5. Thus the occurrence of an area ARMN of only the area ARH can be effectively evaded. Therefore the acquiring miss of the coordinate data can be effectively evaded.</p> |
