<p>PURPOSE:To improve the looking of a hand rail by fixing the hand rail fixing portion of a bracing strut, an upper cover, and a lower cover to the side edge portions of hand rail panels on both sides in such a manner as being stretched over the joint between the hand rail panels, so as to prevent the joint between hand rail panels from being exposed. CONSTITUTION:The upper end face of an upper cover 3 is set at the height of the upper end face of a hand rail panel 1 and also the lower end face of a lower cover 4 is set at the height of the lower end face of the hand rail panel 1. The hand rail fixing portion 23 of a bracing strut 2, the upper cover 3, and the lower cover 4 are all fixed to the frame material 11a of the hand rail panel 1, 1 on each side in such a manner as being stretched over the joint between the hand rail panels 1,1. As a result, the joint between the hand rail panels 1, 1 is not exposed to the inside of the hand rail panels 1 at all.</p> |
