PURPOSE:To obtain a reliable superconductive coil device by detecting fixing force of superconductive coil caused by metal fixtures with installation of surface pressure sensor between the metal fixtures and superconductive coil materials and insulators. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil material 1 is fixed, through an insulator 5 and a surface pressure sensor 11, to the central part of cross-section of an inner both 3 having a rectangular cross-section and a racing track shape. It is fixed with being fastened by metal fixtures 6a, 6b, etc. The sensor 11 is made up of two thin layer sheets having a thickness of (t), a width of B and a length of L. It measures the bending strain generated over the length of L notched on the other layer sheet 11b, by use of a strain gauge 12 stuck onto one layer sheet 11a. |
