PURPOSE:To provide a bottle fitted with a handle wherein the bottle and a handle body are strongly fitted each other by heating the bonding part of a bottle to the temp. range from the glass transition point of the resin constituting the bottle to the m.p. thereof and subsequently pushing the handle body in the bottle so as to become inside from a predetermined mounting position to integrate the handle body with the bottle. CONSTITUTION:The bonding parts 21a, 21b of a bottle 20 bonding a handle body 30 and the upper and lower walls of the recessed part of the bottle are heated to the temp. range from the glass transition temp. of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin to the m.p. thereof, for example, 100 deg.C using an infrared heater, for instance, before the bottle 20 is fitted in a mold 10 to be immediately arranged to the mold. A distance (l) is provided between the stopper 11 provided in the mold 10 and a cylinder 40 and the push-in distance of the handle body 30 can be adjusted by adjusting the distance (l). A pressure fluid, for example, air is sealed in the bottle 20 from the bottle mouth part 22 of the bonded body of the bottle 20 and the handle body 30 in the direction shown by an arrow 50 under pressure of 25kg/cm<2> by a compressor. At this time, the handle body 30 is pushed back and finally pushed in the bottle 20 up to a predetermined position. |
