PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time by setting a window of a predetermined size at reference coordinates obtained from wiring data as a center, and detecting presence or absence of the end of an insulated wire to become starting, ending point in the window. CONSTITUTION:A board in which securing of insulated wires are all finished is set on an X-Y table 1. Two reference hole coordinates of the board are input to a microcomputer. The table 1 is driven to move to the coordinates. A Z-axis motor 3 is rotated to vertically move a TV camera 2 to focusing it. A video is binarized to obtain the center of a black point in the window, and the central coordinates of the hole are calculated. Similarly, the central coordinates of another reference hole are obtained. The length between the two points is calculated from the two central coordinates. It is compared with set reference length, and a correction coefficient with the shrinkage rate of the board is calculated. Then, the coordinates of 5 of status indicating the starting point and the coordinates of 6 of status indicating the ending point are input from the wiring data. The microcomputer designates points one by one to move to a place where the correction coefficient is multiplied by the input coordinates. |
