<p>In an identification device, which is arranged to be fastened on an animal, signal means (7) operative for identification purpose is placed in a cavity (5) in a hard capsule (2) which in turn is surrounded substantially completely by a soft carrier material. By the soft carrier material the identification device is flexible in an area between the capsule (2) and the part (3) of the identification device, by means of which it is arranged to be fastened on the animal. The soft carrier material is moulded around the capsule (2), which is formed in one piece around said cavity (5) and has an opening for the introduction of the signal means (7) into the cavity (5).</p> |
