PURPOSE:To reproduce a black thin line in a color picture in an excellent way by discriminating a specific color line drawing part of a picture data inputted from plural input means and using a different discrimination criterion depending on the kind of the input means. CONSTITUTION:Plural input means are realized by a host computer 1, a reader section 9 such as a digital copying machine including a CCD line sensor, a still video camera 10 and a TV camera 11, which generate picture data such as binary data and multi-value data of R, G, B, Y, M, C, K, a character code data, a color code data, and a picture drawn command data. A specific color line drawing part of the picture data inputted from the plural input means is discriminated and the criterion is differentiated depending on the kind of the input means. Thus, a black thin line in the color picture is reproduced in an excellent way. |
