发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SUPERCONDUCTING COIL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconducting layer having a high C-axis orientation by a method wherein the oxide superconducting layer is formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Silver layers 2 are formed on both the surfaces of an alumina substrate spirally and coaxially by deposition. The one side ends of the respective silver layers 2 on the outer circumference of the substrate are connected to each other. Oxide superconductor biscous material is applied to the silver layers 2 and dried and baked in the atmosphere at 860 deg.C for 4 hours to form bismuth system 2212 phase oxide superconducting thick films 3. The thickness of the films 3 is 20mum and the one side ends of the respective films 3 have protrusions having a thickness of 30mum and a length of 5mm. After the protrusions are covered with stainless steel masks, MgO thin films 4 which are insulators are formed by sputtering to obtain a coil element. After the coil elements are piled so as to have their respective current flow directions identical and have their respective protrusions are brought into contact with each other, oxide superconductor biscous material made by a sol-gel method is applied to the contact parts. Then the piled coil elements are bonded to each other by compression and dried. The biscous material is baked in the atmosphere at 860 deg.C for 2 hours to connect the respective oxide superconducting layers 3 to each other and a superconducting coil can be obtained.
