PURPOSE:To realize the reversible desorption/fixation of ribosome by fixing lectine combined with sialic acid to a base plate, and incorporating glycoprotein with the ribosome, and fixing the ribosome to the base plate by using the singular adsorption of lectine-glycoprotein. CONSTITUTION:The lectine combined with sialic acid is fixed to te base plate, and the glycoprotein is incorporated with the ribosome, and after that, the ribosome is fixed to the base plate by using the singular adsorption of lectine- glycoprotein. Besides, in case that the ribosome is desorbed from the base plate, if sialic acid or trypsin is used as a desorbing agent, the ribosome can be easily desorbed. IN this case, the ribosome can be re-fixed to the base plate after desorption by using the singular adsorption of lectine-glycoprotein. Thus, the fixation and the desorption to/from the base plate can be executed reversibly. |
