PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded body stuck with a skin wherein the terminal part is coated with the skin and opening and peeling of the terminal part are not caused by constituting a shear edge of both a first shear edge part which has a wide clearance capable of allowing molten resin to flow out and a second shear edge part which is positioned to the lower part thereof and has a narrow clearance incapable of allowing molten resin to flow out. CONSTITUTION:A top force 15 is clamped to the prescribed descending position L1 so that a bottom force 1 and the top force 15 have the prescribed interval between both molding faces 2, 16. In the case of clamping, the projecting part 17 of the top force 15 is inserted into the outside peripheral part of the bottom force 1 in a state wherein a skin 11 is pinched. A first shear edge part 23 is constituted of a wide clearance W1 so that the skin 11 is loosely pinched at a degree wherein molten resin 21 supplied to a molding part S flows down. A second shear edge part 25 is a skin pinching part between a second vertical face 5 of the bottom force 1 and a second vertical face 20 of the top force 15. This shear edge part 25 is constituted of a narrow clearance W2 so that the skin 11 is strongly pinched and molten resin 22 does not flow. A prescribed gap part 24, is provided between both step parts 4, 19 of the bottom force 1 and the top force 15. The skin 11 is made to a free state in the gap part 24. The falling molten resin 22 is stored in this part. |
