PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of data read from a data memory by transferring a data to a moving vector arithmetic section via a cache memory. CONSTITUTION:A data distribution section 114 is provided among an input pattern data memory 110, a preceding pattern data memory 111 and a moving vector arithmetic section 112. The data distribution section consists of two a-cache memories 20, 21, a changeover device 40, three b-cache memories 30-32 and a changeover device 42 and the data is transferred to the moving vector arithmetic section 112 through the cache memories. Thus, the frequency of data read from the input pattern data memory 110 and the preceding pattern data memory 111 is reduced and memories with a long access time and low cost are employed for the memories. |
