PROCESS FOR PREPARING TEXTILE FABRIC WITH TEASED MOTTLED SURFACE

The method for producing the textile material with a flocculent multicolour (m'lange) surface is used for finishing textile products. This method aims to reduce the input of energy, improve organoleptic and exploitation attributes, receive intense and even m'lange on the surface of the fabric. For that purpose, the fabric is knitted out of extruded yarns, which consist of a polyester and a fibre viscose, the ratio being 1:1, the knitted material is sanded from both sides in a sanding unit, painted by a direct paint (for the colouring of the viscose fibre) and then fixated.
