PURPOSE:To prevent a nozzle from rotating or oscillating against an elastic body by installing a nozzle holder at one end of the nozzle through which condensed laser beams pass and working gas is injected and providing the elastic body to pass and fix the nozzle to the nozzle holder at another end. CONSTITUTION:When a workpiece 14 is cut, the nozzle 19 collides with projecting materials on a cut layer 17 and a table 16 and when an impact is given to the nozzle 19, the nozzle 19 rotates or oscillates with a fitting part to the nozzle holder 18 as a sliding surface, simultaneously with it, moves up and down as a compression spring 21 is compressed to reduce the collision impact actuated to the nozzle 19. Accordingly, the nozzle 19 can be prevented from damage. Further, when the nozzle 19 compresses the compression spring 21 and rises, the rise is detected by a sensor 23 through the nozzle holder 20 to stop a laser beam machine, therefore, the damage of the optical path system is minimized. |
