PURPOSE:To effectively transmit information through the use of the idle time in a work station by displaying information indicating the outline of notice information on a screen when the work station is in an idle state. CONSTITUTION:A notice information server 1 always discriminates the utilization state of the work stations 3-5. When the work stations 3-5 come to the idle state, information indicating the outline of notice information is transmitted from the display information server 1 to the work stations 3-5. The work stations (3-5)-side display information indicating the outline in the display devices 36 of the work stations 3-5 when the information is received. Thus, information available for a user is displayed and the efficiency of information transmission can be improved by using a screen when the work stations 3-5 are in the idle state.
