<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of document allocation processing by forming allocation intermediate data structure, changing minimum allocation structure based upon the contents and attribute information of a document to be allocated and forming specific allocation structure. CONSTITUTION:A reading part 1 reads out the contents of a document to be allocated from a document contents storing part 6, outputs the read contents to a reading/allocating intermediate data structure forming part 2, reads out common allocation structure from a common allocation structure storing part 7, and outputs the read contents to a reading/allocating intermediate data structure changing part 3. The forming part 2 forms the minimum allocation structure common to all specific allocation structure to be formed from the structure and intermediate data structure expressing information indicating which position in the structure is to be operated to add or delete other structure and stores both the structure in an allocation intermediate data structure storing part 8. The changing part 3 changes the allocation intermediate data structure based upon the contents of the document to be allocated and the information included in the structure itself stored in the storing part 8 and informs the end of the change to a specific allocation structure extracting part 4. The extracting part 4 extracts the specific allocation structure from the structure based upon the change end information received from the changing part 3 and stores the extracted result in a specific allocation structure storing part 9.</p> |
