PURPOSE:To prevent a suction defect by a method wherein the dislocation of an electronic component is confirmed at a suction position of the component and it is corrected. CONSTITUTION:An image recognition camera 18 whose focus has been adjusted on an electronic component 6 in a component suction position at the lower part of a suction nozzle 11 is installed. When a feed table 5 on which the electronic component 6 is placed is moved to the Z-axis direction, a conveyance table 15 on which the suction nozzle 11 is loaded is turned and moved to the suction position. In succession, the image recognition camera 18 whose focus is adjusted on the electronic component 6 in the suction position recognizes a dislocation in the Z-axis direction, indicates a correction amount to a Z-axis electric motor 2 and completes a correction operation. After the correction operation is completed, a suction shaft is lowered and executes a suction operation. Since the dislocation of the electronic component in the suction position is corrected in this manner, it is possible to prevent a suction defect caused by the dislocation of the suction position. |
