The manufacturing method for metal packaging container is characterized by (a) punching metal plate (1) to give a through hole (1') and connection holes (1"), (b) closely adhering transparent synthetic resin plates (2,2') to each other from in and out- sides, and (C) heat pressing the above resin plates to be melt inside holes (1',1") and so to give an eyehole (2A). Through the eyesight hole of the produced container the color or amount of stored materials in it can be easily observed without any labels attached on the container.
