PURPOSE:To check the mounting position or a support pin and to prevent a mounting error by a method wherein the position of the pin mounted on a support plate is read out, a hole corresponding to the stored pin position irradiated with a light beam, the position is indicated and the read-out position of the pin is compared with the stored pin position. CONSTITUTION:A support plate 1 on which a support pin 2 has been mounted is set on a readout device 11; and a pin-position data is read out on the support pin 2 by using an X-Y matrix-shaped switch group 12 and is stored in a storage device 14. A mounting position data of the support pin 2 is read out from the storage device 14 and is guided to an X-Y coordinate converter 17. The movement distance of a light beam is found from the code of the position data; and a data signal which has been converted at the X-Y coordinate converter 17 is transferred to an optical indication device 19 via an optical indication controller 18. A support-pin insertion hole 1a is irradiated with an optical beam, and the optical indication controller 18 tells the insertion position of the support pin 2. Then, the support plate 1 in which the insertion operation of the support pin 2 is completed is set again on the readout device 11; and the pin-position data is read out by using the switch group 12, and is compared with the position data stored in the storage device 14 by using a comparison circuit 15. |
