PURPOSE:To provide an air electrode lesser in the polarizing resistance and excellent in the coefficienct of thermal expansion, electric conductivity, and catalyst working performance in electrode reaction by adding metal oxide to LaMnO3 with La mol ratio specified to Mn. CONSTITUTION:The La site of LaMnO3 is less in the composition, and alumina, magnesia, titania, chromia, iron oxide, or Zirconia or a combination thereof is added as No.3 substance in a share between 1-40% by weight. A part or the whole of La of LaMnO3 may be substituted with Sr, Ca, or Ba. Further a part or the whole of LaMnO3 may be substituted with Co, Cr, Fe, Ni. |
