PURPOSE:To obtain the title flexible, not brittle polymer, suitable for racket rubbers etc., by including a high-boiling liquid material into the interstices of a polymer with three-dimensional structure to effect swelling said polymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) The interstices of a polymer with three-dimensional structure (pref. crosslinked natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber or foam thereof) is filled with (B) a high-boiling liquid material 140-320 (pref. 150-250) deg.C in flash point and 5-700 (pref. 7-200)cSt in viscosity at 40 deg.C (pref. mineral oil or synthetic oil) to effect swelling the polymer A, thus obtaining the objective polymer with a resilience of >=60%. For the present polymer, the amount of the component B included is >=5wt.% of the component A before including the component B, and accounts for >=70% of the maximum amount of the component B which the component A can include at normal temperatures. |
