PURPOSE:To prepare the subject material having a stable quality and useful as an electro-magnetic shielding material, etc., by stable preparation operations by compression-molding a part of a product mixture during or after the mixing process and subsequently measuring the impedance and volumetric inherent resistivity of the molded product to evaluate the dispersion of an electro- conductive material. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preparing a conductive resin material by dispersing or mixing the powder of a resin [e.g. (meth)acrylic resin; preferably a particle size of 8-20mum] and the powder of a conductive material such as the powder of a metal, carbon, titanium dioxide coated with a metal such as silver, etc., with a high shear force or high compression force, a part of the mixture is compression-molded during or after the mixing process and the impedance and volumetric inherent resistivity of the compression-molded product is measured to evaluate the dispersion state of the conductive powder for the preparation of the objective material. |
