摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a flat lanthanum chromite film without warpage by adding specific amounts of solvent, binder, plasticizer, dispersant and anti-foaming agent to calcium-doped lanthanum chromite powder. CONSTITUTION:Calcium-dope lanthanum chromite expressed by the formula is prepared (0<x<=0.4; 0<y<=0.05; y<=x). Next, 280-460ml solvent (e.g. mixed solution of isopropanol and toluene), 45-53g binder (e.g. polyvinyl butyral), 45-55ml plasticizer (e.g. dibutyl phthalate), 13-18ml dispersant (e.g. nonionic surfactant) and 13-18ml anti-foaming agent are added to 500g said powder and adjusted to 500-700g/cm.sec viscosity. Then, resultant slurry is subjected to film formation by a doctor blade method to afford the aimed calcium-doped lanthanum chromite film suitable as a raw material of a separator in a solid electrolyte fuel cell or an interconnector, etc.
