PURPOSE:To obtain an antifreezer effective as a refrigerant for instant and rapid refrigerator and regenerative cold heat air conditioner, suppressing evaporation and emission of odor, by blending a main component comprising ethyl alcohol and water with a proper amount of cyclodextrin. CONSTITUTION:A main component comprising (A) ethyl alcohol having preferably >=75% alcohol concentration for food additive and (B) water (distilled water) is blended with (C) preferably branched type cyclodextrin prepared by adding maltose to ordinary cyclodextrin by action of enzyme and optionally (D) vanilla extract and (E) a silicon emulsifying agent to give the objective antifreezer. |
