PURPOSE:To release a brake at a slow speed with a compact structure by forming a fixed side member with a fixed damper case, forming a moving side member with a moving damper case, and filling a viscous material in a gap between both damper cases. CONSTITUTION:When a pedal plate 6 is depressed with a foot and rotated in the arrow A direction, a brake cable 16 is extracted, and a brake is applied to a brake main body. When the foot is removed from the pedal plate 6, the rotation of the pedal plate 6 and a moving core metal 5 is the rotation in the direction to shrink a lock spring 9 in diameter, and the pedal plate 6 and the moving core metal 5 are locked. When a release cable 19 is pulled in the arrow B direction to release the brake, a release collar 10 is rotated in the unwinding direction of the lock spring 9, the lock spring 9 is expanded in diameter, the pedal plate 6 and the moving core metal 5 can be rotated, and the pedal plate 6 is returned at a slow speed by the viscosity resistance of the viscous material filled in a gap between a fixed damper case 7 and a moving damper case 8. |
