PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit configuration by using a laminate structure of insulation case where electric wires in the unit of sub-harness are wired, dividing each insulation case into joint part and connector part, piling connector parts in the form of stairs, and making constant the inter-terminal pitch and the pitch of pressure contact pieces. CONSTITUTION:An insulation case 1 is so arranged that its one side as the wire draw-in side is formed as a joint part 1A while the other side as a connector part 1B. Because such connector parts 1B are piled in the form of stairs in the insulation cases 12-16 at the second layer and thereafter, joint parts 1C differently long are provided in the middle. On the rear surface of the insulation case 1, wire laying grooves 3 are provided at a certain pitch at the edge of one side of the case rear surface, and through these grooves 3, a plurality of wires 2 are drawn in and wired for each of the sub-harnesses which constitute a wire harness. A plurality of pressure contact terminals 7 for inter-layer connection arranged dispersedly along the raw of wires 2 are mounted so that the pitch p0 of terminals becomes constant at all times, and the pitch p of a pair of pressure contact pieces 7b1, 7b1 at each terminal 7 is also the same. |
