<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coupling force enough to counter an occluding force from all directions while eliminating the inducing of inflammation by forming a number of recesses on a circumferential surface of a part to be embedded in an alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION:A tip of a device for planting is fitted into a head la of a cylindrical body 1 to form a fitting part 2 on which a top 1 is screwed down securely and a tip part 1b is tapered slightly and a spiral protruded thread 3 is provided in the perimeter thereof. A hemispherical recess 4 is formed on the end face of the work and a plurality of hemispherical recesses 5 are formed in the perimeter of an intermediate part 1c. Especially, recesses 5' smaller than the recess 5 are formed on the side of a base end la closer thereto in three rows. Moreover, a polycrystalline ceramic layer (b) is made in a belt to surround the perimeter of the top 1' and a gum joint of the body 1 and a irregularly jagged processed surface 7 in micron is formed entirely on the circumferential surfaces other than the layer 6. In this manner, this product can be joined on a bone with the completion of an initial solidification and absorption and revitalization is allowed within a physiological range against an occluding force, thereby providing a resistance enough against the occluding force from various directions.</p> |
