PURPOSE:To make the format of image data transmitted to a picture display device uniform and to facilitate control by changing and displaying the list of the image data on the picture display device side. CONSTITUTION:A control means B1 is constituted of a controller 105 and controls the readout and the write of an image information storage means A1. A list changing means C1 is constituted of the controller 105, a readout controller 106 for a side A, a readout controller 107 for a side B and a parallel- serial conversion circuit 104 and changes the list of the displayed image information to any state obtained by reversing from top to bottom, from right to left, and from top to bottom and from right to left base on positional relation between the moving direction of a recording medium 217 and a display surface. Then, the list of the image data is changed and displayed on the picture display device side. In the case of transmitting the data, a host need not consider the development and the recording of the image data, thereby making the format of the image data transmitted to the picture display device uniform and facilitating the control. |
