PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition hardly causing decoloring at <=decoloring temperature, rapidly decoloring in reaching a decoloring temperature, preventing vanishing of visible information, comprising an acid substance containing a phenolic hydroxyl group, etc., a specific amine and a leuco compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) an acid substance containing a phenolic hydroxyl group and/or carboxyl group (preferably containing both the groups), (B) an amino group-containing basic substance shown by the formula (R1 is >=8C alkyl and X is 0 or S; m is 2-4 integer) and (C) a leuco compound such as crystal violet lactone or 3-indolino-3,p- dimethylaminophenyl-6-dimethylaminophthalide. The composition is applied to the surface of plastic cards, etc., printing or photographic printing can be reversibly carried out and further environmental conditions of use are largely extended. |
