PURPOSE:To make it easy to process an output signal by using a flip-flop circuit and an output transistor instead of a lock alarm circuit. CONSTITUTION:Normally, a transistor 36 is turned off with a transistor 32 by a pulse transmitted from a rotation pulse circuit 5 and an output transistor 39 transmits level 'L'. When a rotor is locked at this time, the rotation pulse circuit stops transmitting the rotation pulse and the potential of a capacitor 22 heightens. When the potential heightens to point A, a lock detection circuit 7 is operated to turn a transistor 37 on. Therefore, flip-flop inverts, the transistor 36 is turned on, and the output transistor 39 transmits level 'H'. Even if the potential of the capacitor 22 lowers to point C and the level of the output of the lock detection circuit 7 becomes 'L', the flip-flop circuit does not invert and continues to transmit level 'H'. |
