PURPOSE:To shorten time. required since a moving station senses the degradation of speech quality till zone switching completion by providing a judging part in a radio circuit controller and making it transmit judging output when calling requirement from the moving station under connecting is detected. CONSTITUTION:A zone switching button is not provided in a keyboard 54 but only a calling button K1 is provided in the same way as convention. However, in this case, when a calling requirement signal is transmitted from a PS with a S-CH set, a RCU judges that the calling requirement signal is a zone switching signal. Thus, a judging part 41 is provided in the RCU. Then, the judging part is made to judge whether the PS to transmit the calling requirement signal is busy or not, and when it is busy, a judging result to indicate that it is the zone switching signal is transmitted to a control part 42. The control part 42 can control the necessary actions of the respective parts. That is, since conventional complicated system control with signal giving/receiving between the RCU and a peripheral BS as the main is simplified particularly, time required since a moving station senses the degradation of speech quality till zone switching comletion can be shortened. |
