PURPOSE:To enable smooth travelling of a cargo vehicle by preparing a plurality of sets of tables used for control and divided into exclusive tables for cargo condition end exclusive tables for non-cargo condition and selecting one set according to whether or not the cargo operation is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sets of tables consisting of a throttle table (a) for prescribing the relationship between a throttle opening and clutch engaging amount, an engine rotational frequency table b for prescribing the relationship between the engine rotational frequency and clutch engaging amount and an input shaft rotational frequency table c for prescribing the relationship between the rotational frequency of input shaft of a transmission and the clutch engaging amount are prepared and divided into exclusive ones for cargo condition and non-cargo condition. A cargo lever switch 61 for informing whether or not a cargo vehicle is under the cargo condition is provided, and one set of a plurality of sets of tables is selected according to a signal from the cargo lever switch 61 to drive a clutch actuator according to the wave of the clutch engaging amount obtained from the selected set of the table.
