PURPOSE:To execute simultaneous multi-address calling to all the cells by recognizing the fact that the specified number received by an incoming call trunk is the all-cell simultaneous multi-address calling by an exchanger, trapping a trunk for conference and connecting one calling trunk every the respective cell. CONSTITUTION:An incoming call trunk 1 receives a specified number transmitted from the exchanger of a high order. An exchanger 2 analyzes the received specified number, recognizes that it is the number to execute all-cell simultaneous multi-address calling and next, traps a trunk for conference 3. The trunk for conference 3 is connected to a speech trunk 4 and to a speech trunk 7 to execute the simultaneous multi-address calling to cells 6 and 9. Thus, a calling subscriber can execute the simultaneous multi-address calling to moving machines 10 and 11 in the cells 6 and 9 through a speech channel from a cell site 5 and a cell site 8.
