摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the calculation accuracy and convergence stability of phase modifying facility distribution by spreading the convergence region of tidal current calculation at the time of the preparation of an initial system and precisely expressing the constraint conditions of effective power and reactive power. CONSTITUTION:A tidal current is calculated while assigning (except a slack node) the effective power P and voltage of the terminal node 2 of a phase modifying facility and assigning effective power and reactive power in load nodes 3, 5, and compensating reactive-power distributing-quantity Qoi, a node voltage value and a node voltage angle are computed. A compensated controlled variable, in which an aimed function is minimized, is obtained through nonlinear type programming method. When a gradient at a minimum point is sufficiently small or the aimed function is not enhanced, the state is decided to be conver gence. When the aimed function is improved, the calculation of convergence is continued again. Accordingly, calculation accuracy and convergence stability are enhanced.
