PURPOSE:To obtain the perfect toner which does not generate hollow parts by incorporating magnetic materials obtd. by a granulation polymn. method into the toner and allowing the magnetic materials to exist concentrically in the surface layer part of the toner particles. CONSTITUTION:This toner is obtd. by granulating alpha, beta-unsatd. ethylenic polymers, coloring agents and the magnetic materials is granulated and obtd. by the granulation polymn. method. The layer mainly contg. the magnetic materials is provided on the particle surfaces thereof. Namely, not the magnetic materials are made to exist in the state of dispersing the same in the toner particles but the magnetic materials are made to exist concentrically in the surface layer part thereof. the perfect toner which does not generate the hollow parts is obtd. in this way and good images are formed without generating development defects. |
