PURPOSE:To adjust wind velocity and the direction of a wind only in a specific region by providing a plurality of freely revolvable blades capable of adjusting wind velocity and the direction of a wind on the blowoff side of the clean air of the region where the turblence of the direction of wind is generated by a tall apparatus when said apparatus is received in a clean room. CONSTITUTION:An air filter equipped with an adjusting mechanism 5, wherein blades 3 are supported on an outer frame 4, are attached to the air blowoff port of the ceiling of a region 9 where the turblence of the direction of a wind is generated by the introduction of a tall apparatus 8 and the direction of a wind is slightly changed to a lateral direction by changing the direction of the blades 3 of the adjusting mechanism 5, and the disturbance of wind velocity and the direction of a wind due to the impingement of air against the tall apparatus can be prevented by changing wind velocity according to the number of the blades, and the whirling-up of dust due to the disturbance of air is eliminated, thus a high clean degree can be kept. |
