PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale and to avoid the erroneous processing of a reception data by storing control information included in a reception signal into n-set of storage circuits and executing error correction to n-kinds of control information sets stored in the storage circuits with majority decision and using the result for the control information for the reception data processing. CONSTITUTION:This control information extraction circuit in a digital satellite communication equipment sending control information and a synchronizing code pattern included in a reception signal for each period detects the synchronizing code pattern from the reception signal, stores sequential control information to n-set of storage circuits 61-6n only when the pattern is correctly detected, and uses a majority decision section 7 to apply majority decision to n-kinds of control information sets stored in the storage circuits thereby generating 2nd control information subjected to error correction. Then a selector section 8 extracts the control information used for the reception processing from the control information in the reception signal till the 2nd control information is generated and from the 2nd control information after the 2nd control information is generated respectively. Then every time the revision of the control information is detected, the above extraction operation is repeated. |
